Everyone’s talking about who Negan killed in The Walking Dead Season 6 finale, but the real mystery are the people Morgan and Carol encountered on their adventure. We’ve been introduced to Alexandria, The Saviors and Hilltop, but there’s one really important community that we haven't seen in the show.

[Warning: The Walking Dead comic book spoilers ahead]

That’s right, we’re talking about The Kingdom. We saw the first possible glimpse of a Kingdom member when Morgan and Rick were out looking for Carol in The Walking Dead Season 6 episode 15. Rick and Morgan ran into a man wearing armor who was out looking for his horse. Rick went to shoot the man in armor, but Morgan moved his arm to guarantee he’d miss.

The man in armor came back into the picture when he found Morgan and a wounded Carol near an abandoned building during the season finale. Morgan tells the man in armor he found his horse and asked if they could help Carol. The man in armor shakes Morgan’s hand in agreement.

If the show follows the comics, then the man in armor is Rick’s link to The Kingdom. In the comics, it’s Jesus who helps unite Alexandria, Hilltop and The Kingdom in an effort to take down Negan. Jesus is the one who convinces Ezekiel to help. However, it looks like that role will go to Morgan in the show. Ezekiel doesn’t want war and would rather stay out of the plan to take down Negan. Ezekiel is a lot more diplomatic than Rick, and will bring an interesting dynamic in the upcoming season, if they introduce him. Rick needs to unite the communities to take down Negan, and that's no easy task.

It’s unlikely the show will create their own version of “The Kingdom” as Ezekiel is another iconic character they can have fun with. Plus, Ezekiel has a tiger named Shiva. That’s amazing.
