A new event is now live in War Thunder which sees the return of some cool characters. TailSpin is back with an event from March 10 to March 30.
This new event has 10 stages with each one lasting two days. Players able to get 50 kills or assists for destruction during each stage get one completed task. Complete more challenges and get to earn more rewards.
Before we talk more about this new event, TaleSpin is an animated television series that first aired in 1990. It featured characters adapted from The Jungle Book 1967 animated feature of Disney.
Players with two completed tasks get a Decal. Some of the rewards that players can look forward to:
- For 4 and 7 completed tasks
- Humanized icons of our “heroes.” Just as confident as their furry alter egos.
- For 5 and 8 completed tasks.
- Loading Screens.
- For 9 and 10 completed tasks
- Charismatic air pirates in the player's avatar picture that won't disappear even after the event is over.
- These avatar pictures are given out as coupons which can be applied to the player's account or traded on the market.
Daily Trophy
During the event, the first victory each day has a player receive a battle trophy along with one of these random prizes:
- 3-5 universal backup vehicles
- 20-50% RP booster for 3-10 battles
- 20-50% SL booster for 3-10 battles
- Random wager
- Random order
New Location
An update is coming to the game which will introduce a new location for mixed battles. This one is inspired by the coastal regions in the Middle East. The new location is called "Sun City," a location based on the resort towns of the region.
This new location offers a diversity of landscapes and architecture. The center is a small resort town that has white houses, bridges, terraces, and even bike lanes. Going to the sea, one can observe that it’s a mostly open area with golden sand. There are also the suburbs, where a small industrial zone is among the blooming fields.
War Thunder is a free-to-play vehicular combat multiplayer video game developed and published by Gaijin Entertainment. It’s available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
