We got a taste of DC Comics supervillain, King Shark, earlier in The Flash season 2. During the episode, ‘The Fury of Firestorm,’ Zoom sent King Shark to kill Barry, but Dr. Wells saved him just as the sharkman was about to strangle him to death.

This time around in episode 15, fittingly titled “King Shark,” we’ll get a better look at the humanoid beast. It’s unclear if King Shark has the same motives as last time, but it wouldn’t come as a surprise since Zoom wants to steal Barry’s speed now more than ever before.
In the scene above, Dig and his wife Lyla come to Central City to warn team Flash about a dangerous metahuman. As it turns out, King Shark was being held at A.R.G.U.S. headquarters after Dr. Wells took the monster down. However, it appears the sharkman escaped after faking his own death and ravaging his aquarium cell.
Hopefully episode 15 will also touch on the cliffhanger from the last episode, “Escape From Earth-2.” Just as Barry, Cisco, Dr. Wells and Jesse safely passed through the breach, Zoom reached his hand through to Earth-1 and took Jay Garrick. The question isn’t so much why Zoom took Jay, but who the hell is Zoom? Could Jay himself be Zoom?
