The Walking Dead season 6 episode 9 will likely be a brutal one for fans to watch. We last saw Rick, Carl, Judith, Michonne, Father Gabriel, Jessie, Ron, and Sam covered in guts slowly making their way through a herd of walkers. It looked like they would be able to pull it off until Sam started yelling for his mother.
Meanwhile, Carol and Morgan are at eachother’s throats over the Wolf hiding in the basement. The Wolf outsmarted took advantage of their fight to get himself free and take Dr. Cloyd hostage. Then we have Daryl, Sasha, and Abraham trying to calmly talk their way out of an encounter with Negan’s Saviors. No way everyone gets out alive.

Even if the majority of Rick’s crew manages to survive the walker invasion, there will always be a new threat to deal with. Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick on the show, recently spoke to TV Insider about comic book villain Negan’s introduction to the series. Negan’s brutal and something even Rick couldn’t anticipate encountering in Alexandria.
“The Governor was magnificent and David did a beautiful job playing him,” Lincoln told TV Insider. “But Negan is horrific. He is this incredible tyrant and this very charismatic, funny, brutal beyond words sociopath. I'm interested in the relationship between Negan and Carl and Carl and Rick. There's a very complicated, extraordinary psychology between those characters. I'm just thrilled that we are getting to a place where it feels very deep, dark, thrilling and dangerous.”
