Races are going to be tested further than they ever have in this week’s Live Summit for The Crew 2. Beginning on April 8 and running until April 14, it's time to rev up those engines and go Full Throttle.
There’s no question that there are a lot of things happening this week. There are races happening in the Everglades, Bonneville, and even on Maine Highlands East. For skills, this week has players try Speedtrap, where they need to get as much speed as possible before going past a camera that records their speed. There’s also Aerobatic where players need to be inside a plane and need to drive fast in Escape. This week also has the Arch Park Trail, which is an air racing event. These are just some of the events available this week.
To help players be able to complete the events, the Full Throttle bundle being offered this week contains the Slick Aircraft Slick 360HP (AR), Ford Focus RS (2010) (DR), and the Pagani Huayra (HC).
So why all this effort, you ask? Well here are the prizes up for grabs this week:
- Platinum: Blue Neon Tint
- Gold: Rally Raid – Score Breaker (Pure + Skilled)
- Silver: 52K Spare Parts Pack
- Bronze: 300K Follower
This week also marks the release of The Elite Bundle 4, which offers three exclusive vehicles for one month. These are the Enzo Ferrari (2002) (HC), Lamborghini Diablo GT (1999) (SR), and the Proto Alpha Mark X (2020) (AGP).
In The Crew 2, the LIVE Summit is a PvE event that features themed activities and is updated on a weekly basis. Players who participate in this summit have a chance at winning various tiered prizes depending on where they are positioned on the leaderboard. The LIVE Summit also generally offers three different skill events along with five racing events. What makes the LIVE Summit unique is that the racing events often require players to drive vehicles in a different style than what was intended. For example, players may be required to use a street racing motorbike for a hypercar event.

If you haven’t yet played The Crew 2, but are interested in trying it, then this is the time to do it. The Crew 2 is giving everyone the chance to get the full Motornation experience with a Free Weekend from April 9 to April 13. This is available only for the PlayStation 4 and the PC.
For PS4 players, no PS+ subscription is needed. That said, if you don't have a PS+ subscription you won’t be able to get access to multiplayer features. That’s okay, as the whole map is available to be explored.
