Xur is back, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found standing in The Reef
The last few days haven’t been the most exciting in Destiny ’s two-and-a-half year history. By this time last week, Activision had already confirmed it would publish the long-awaited Destiny sequel before the end of 2017 and a reddit rumor had many gamers wondering just what to expect from whatever follows Destiny: Rise Of Iron to retail. Sure, a new patch was released on Tuesday. But the number of players who still get excited about hotfixes continues to shrink as we get further removed from the game’s 2014 debut. But we can all still count on Xur to get our hopes up on weekly basis.
Last week, the Agent of the Nine didn’t exactly set the world on fire with his latest collection of exotic gear. Apotheosis Veil is one of the most frequently seen items on Xur’s inventory sheet and we’re not sure there are all that many Skyburners Annex fans in the Destiny community. The chance to buy Hawkmoon will always be tabulated in the win column. But it would sure be nice to see Xur show up with some equipment we haven’t seen countless times already.
Here’s everything Xur is selling the weekend of Feb. 17:
Eternal Warrior
- Defense: 350
- Intellect: 42
- Strength: 43
Lucky Raspberry
- Defense: 350
- Discipline: 103
Purifier Robes
- Defense: 350
- Intellect: 55
- Discipline: 57
Hard Light
- Attack: 350
- Magazine: 40
Legacy Engram - Gauntlet
Exotic Shard
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks! And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with blue and green contrails available this week, along with Motes of Light, Heavy Ammo Synthesis (in stacks of three and 10) and Glass Needles.
Destiny: Rise Of Iron is currently available on PS4 and Xbox One.
