During E3 2019, fans and players alike who witnessed the behind-closed-doors presentation of Cyberpunk 2077 were lucky enough to walk away with an awesome reversible Samurai Bomber Jacket inspired by the upcoming title. Considering how it quickly became popular online, CD Projekt Red took the opportunity to make it official and available to the general public. And yes, that time has officially come!
On the official CD Projekt Red store, which now ships to the United States, the bomber jacket in Cyberpunk 2077 is up for pre-order. It is currently priced at $98 and comes with two different versions designed for both male and female buyers.
The sizes vary from small to extra large. Based on the images you can see on the store, it is quite hard to determine whether this has the same design as the jacket from the one that the studio revealed at E3. For instance, while it is apparent that the sale item features yellow embroidering on the inside, knowing whether the jacket is reversible or not is hard to tell. And unfortunately, the description on the page does not necessarily specify much. It is quite ironic considering it seems to be the biggest selling point of the jacket. It is possible that now that the jacket has both the male and female cuts, making it easily reversible is not going to happen.
CD Projekt Red recently revealed a 15-minute demo of Cyberpunk 2077 online, featuring a good number of play styles and a fresh look at Night City. It is uncertain as to when the studio will release more footage of the game. But given the fact that the release date is only about six months away, fans should expect more of this footage in the near future.
Cyberpunk 2077 will come to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC early next year on April 16, 2020. Meanwhile, Dark Horse is going to release The World of Cyberpunk 2077 come April 21. It is basically a hardcover art book priced at $39.99. Preorders for the book and its digital version are also currently live online.
