The latest duelist to come to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links mobile game is Mokuba Kaiba, Seto’s younger brother and vice president of Kaiba Corp. While duelists won’t be able to unlock Mokuba to use in duels, they can win plenty of rare cards to buff up their decks.
Here’s a look at all of the new cards you can win by facing Mokuba in Duel Links.
But to win some of these rare cards, duelists will have to earn enough Duel Points at the end of every match. Each 1000 points earns a random prize from either coins, jewels or the aforementioned new cards.
Mokuba will show up in Duel World at Level 30 for every duelist at Stage 15 or higher. Anyone who is at Stage 30 or higher will get to face off against him at Level 40 for an even better chance of winning rare cards.

LEVEL 30
At Level 30, Mokuba is pretty much a pushover as he only summons weak monsters. The easiest way to defeat him is to just summon stronger monsters and overwhelm him with numbers.

LEVEL 40
Here’s where Mokuba will likely drop rare cards, but beware: his deck is much tougher at Level 40. Seto wants his younger brother to earn his dueling cred but he will allow him to access some of his Dragon cards like Lord of D.
Mokuba will try to summon Lord of D and activate Flute of Summoning Dragon to bring out strong monsters like Blue Eyes White Dragon or Luster Dragon #1, a four-star normal monster with 1900 attack points, or Alexandrite Dragon, a four-star normal monster with 2000 attack points, something that hasn’t been seen yet in Duel Links.
Again, overwhelming Mokuba with numbers and stronger cards is key as he doesn’t have many traps/spells outside of a few but will use traps like Birthright to swarm the field with his strong Dragons.
You'll need to special summon anything over 2000 attack points to really get the jump on him.
