Good news to all Apex Legends players! The popular limited-time mode Flashpoint is back through the Unshackled Event. What makes this mode exciting is healing items are removed from the loot pool. Instead, there are what's known as "Flashpoint Zones," areas that heal all those inside them.
There will be two unique weekly challenge tracks that players can go through and unlock event-themed cosmetics. These are:
- April 19 to April 26
- Key prizes include:
- Unique Badge
- Epic Charm
- Epic Re-45 skin
- Epic Seer Skin
- April 26 to May 3

- Rare Apex Pack
- Epic Boxing Nessie Holospray
Unshackled Packs
Players also have the chance to unlock 40 event-themed cosmetics like Legendary skins:

- “Prison Pacifier” CAR
- “Terminated” Hemlok
- “Digging the Grave” Peacekeeper

- Unshackled Event Packs are available for a limited time during the Unshackled Event.
- The items are going to be available in the standard Apex Pack pool of items after the event ends.
- Unshackled Event Packs guarantee players one non-duplicate Unshackled Event item.
- The new event introduces 40 new cosmetic items around the Unshackled theme.
- Unshackled items can be crafted with crafting metals. After two seasons, crafting metal costs of Unshackled Items may be reduced.
Thematic Tab Update
Players should be happy to know that the menus are now easier to read and navigate with the update to the Thematic Event Tab.
Apex Legends is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. A version for Android and iOS is expected to be released this year.
