Ubisoft's next entry in the Assassin's Creed franchise is Assassin's Creed Valhalla, which takes players on a Viking adventure. Valhalla is releasing today on the Xbox Series X, along with the console's launch. And, according to an official tweet from Ubisoft, Assassin's Creed Valhalla will feature a photo mode at launch.
Photo mode has been an interesting feature in the previous two Assassin's Creed installments, Assassin's Creed Origins and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. So, fans have already expected Assassin's Creed Valhalla to feature a photo mode as well. However, a question that one can raise is how Valhalla's photo mode has been improved compared to the photo modes in the previous two Assassin's Creed games.
Unfortunately, we did not get to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla in advance, but those who did have claimed that the game is a brilliant work of art. And from all the gameplay footage that has been shared online, Valhalla certainly looks absolutely stunning.
Even the previous two Assassin's Creed games were graphically impressive, and the photo modes allowed players to capture their favorite moments in each game and share them with their friends and the Assassin's Creed gaming community.
Last week, Ubisoft shared a post on Twitter that showcased how the photo mode will look in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The tweet also shared a few images that gave players an idea of what to expect with the photo mode. It seems that the photo mode will come with two modes - editing and composition mode. There also seems to be predetermined filters that players can apply instantly on their captured images. Other than that, players can also tweak various settings like depth of field, temperature, contrast, vignette, tint, and so on. Players will also have the ability to toggle the headgear on their character.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is releasing on November 10 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia. The game will be releasing on November 12 for the PS5.
