Watch Dogs: Legion is giving everyone a peek into the past with its latest Bloodline expansion. It offers a new story arc and brings back Aiden Pearce and Wrench. That said, expect to play a lot of side quests for these two.
For those not familiar with the series, Aiden is from the original Watch Dogs while Wrench was introduced during Watch Dogs 2. The story in Bloodline is set before the main campaign of Legion.
A Heist Gone Wrong
In Bloodline, players follow Aiden after the events of Watch Dogs. He accepts what looks to be a routine fixer job in London, where his estranged nephew Jackson lives. The mission is to infiltrate a Broca Tech laboratory to get a valuable and mysterious piece of tech. However, the mission is compromised when none other than Wrench comes and steals the device.
This results in Aiden’s fixer contract pretty much going sideways and him being caught in the crossfire. With no real allies to help him and Wrench appearing a step ahead, he needs to team up with Jackson. Complicating things further is the fact that Wrench has an unpredictable behavior.
Season Pass
Players can access the new expansion through the Season Pass, which is already available. The Season Pass is also available to those who have the Gold and Ultimate Editions of the game.
Those who have the Season Pass can add Aiden and Wrench to their team in the main campaign or in the online mode. The two have these abilities:
- Aiden Pearce
- Focus: Slow-mo aiming after takedown
- System Crash: Disable electronics in the area
- Gunslinger: Well-timed reload buffs damage
- Wrench
- Summon Sergei: summons a Custom Drone
- Ninja Balls: Mini LTL Flashbangs
- Lady Smash: a Big Custom Hammer
- MPX SMG and LTL Grenade Launcher: custom skins on unique weapon arsenal
In Watch Dogs: Legion, growing unrest has resulted in the downfall of London. Amidst the chaos, someone named Zero-Day is framing DedSec for the series of bombings happening in the city. Players take on the role of a member of DedSec and go against the criminals who are trying to fill up the void left by a defeated government. You can get the game here.
