Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is getting a brand new update scheduled to go live Feb. 7. According to Raven Software designer Amos Hodge, the patch adds improved networking and a lot more.

In a tweet sent Friday, Hodge confirmed “patch is planned for 2/7. Spawns, collateral damage, kill cams, increased server send rate and many more fixes are included.” It’s far from a full changelog, but it gives Modern Warfare fans a strong hint of what’s to come on Tuesday.

Not all of this information is new, of course. On Monday, Hodge also tweeted about the update’s increased server send rate. The rest of the features were hinted three weeks ago. What’s critical for players, however, is that the release date for those enhancements is almost here.

While not a full-featured Call Of Duty release, Modern Warfare Remastered has been treated to a handful of small patches since it became available in November. The last fixes were published towards the end of December alongside a Winter Crash multiplayer playlist.

One major question that still demands an answer is the fate of convincing leaks that emerged at the beginning of January. Signs indicate that Raven may be testing some new weapons and attachments that call back to classic franchise titles. It seems doubtful we’ll see those in Tuesday’s patch notes, but there’s always hope for a surprise.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is available now in the Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition bundle.
