Ever since the Age of Sorcery arrived in Conan Exiles, there have been some big changes. But everything will become different with the first major update since the expansion went live. Chapter 2 introduces more activities, along with more danger, to the already vast and savage wilderness.
This free update becomes available to the game at the same time as a trove of new cosmetics are offered for purchase through the new Battle Pass or in the Bazaar item shop. The new Battle Pass offers new challenges and rewards.
What’s been happening so far? Since sorcery arrived, the foundations of the Exiled Lands have been shaken. As sorcerers run rampant with their newfound power, a lot of strange rituals are being performed everywhere.
In Chapter 2, players come across the camps of Khitan Headhunters not just in the Exiled Lands but also The Isle of Siptah. To learn more about how sorcery has grown, players are tasked with hunting down and bringing sorcerer NPCs across lands. While it’s enough to get their skulls, capturing them alive offers much higher rewards.
On their journeys, players will also run into the new Witch Hunt Encounter, where they can interrupt powerful rituals of one of four different boss-level sorcerers. There’s no need to take them alive but instead, take their skulls and bring them to Khitan camps to get a big payout.
New Cosmetics
Launching alongside this free update is a wide range of new paid cosmetics, available on the Bazaar item shop and new the Battle Pass. Look forward to the extended Stormglass building set, new armor and weapon looks, new pets, and unique decorations, to name a few.
Twitch Drops
Funcom also announced three new Twitch Drops running from December 6 to January 3. Players need to watch Conan Exiles streams on Twitch to get two wall ornaments and the beautiful and festive Crested Lapdog pet. Just remember to link your account to Twitch.
