In just three weeks since its May 21 official launch, Dauntless has reached the 10 million player milestone, which is four times more players than it had during its PC Open Beta stage. This high turnout is not much of a surprise considering that the RPG already topped the PlayStation Store Free-to-Play charts for the month of May, less than two weeks after its release.
The free-to-play action role-playing video game launched in beta in May 2018 for Microsoft Windows before releasing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with full support for cross-platform play, in May 2019. A Dauntless debut at Nintendo's E3 Direct gave players a hands-on experience of the Nintendo Switch version game, which is set for release at a later date this year.

- CROSS-PLAY
- With One Dauntless, players get the chance for a true cross-play experience on every system. That means that you can play with your friends no matter which platform they choose. Have one friend on PC, another on Xbox, and a third on PlayStation? With cross-play, you can all hunt together, chat together, or even join up with the same guild!
- CROSS-PROGRESSION
- For those who started their journey on PC, you can take your progress with you. By linking your Dauntless account to Epic Games, you’ll be able to pick up and play from any system – including Xbox One and PlayStation 4. And yes, your hard-earned gear, cosmetics, quest progress, and more will travel with you.
- ONE HUNT PASS
- The launch date also marks the start of the first-ever cross-platform Hunt Pass. Slayers on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC can start the Hidden Blades Hunt Pass, which features a full set of assassin-themed armour and weapon skins, plus even more customization options in the store. We also have a new way to take on the Elite Track: the Elite Track Bundle. This new package gives you Elite Track access and 15 Level Skips — all at 40% off the normal price.
