The Days Gone PC announcement happened a few days ago and took us by surprise, a welcome surprise nonetheless. The Steam page of the game is already live and system requirements are mentioned as well.
What’s interesting is that the requirements of Days Gone are very similar to that of Horizon Zero Dawn. We can only hope that the actual performance is better. We still don’t know whether the hardware mentioned is for 60 FPS or 30.
Windows 10 64-bit is necessary along with 70 GB of free storage space, and SSD is highly recommended. For minimum settings, you will need Intel Core i7-4770K at 3.5 GHz or Ryzen 5 1500X at 3.5 GHz paired with either Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon R9 290. Also, 8 GB of RAM is needed.
For higher settings, you will need Intel Core i7-4770K at 3.5 GHz or Ryzen 5 1500X at 3.5 GHz paired with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, 6 GB variant, or AMD Radeon RX 580, 8 GB variant. RAM requirement is increased to 16 GB and SSD is still recommended.
