Xur’s inventory for the week of October 8 consists of the following:
- Telesto, Exotic Fusion Rifle: 29 Legendary Shards
- Winter's Guile, Exotic Warlock Gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards.
- The Bombardiers, Exotic Hunter Leg Armor: 23 Legendary Shards
- Mk. 44 Stand Asides, Exotic Titan Leg Armor: 23 Legendary Shards.
- Exotic Engram: 97 Legendary Shards.
Telesto
Telesto is an exotic fusion rifle. Its exotic perk, Unplanned Reprieve, allows players to damage enemies at a high firing rate. It’s a good item in PvP and raids as it can deal tons of damage even to raid bosses. The projectiles can also stick to enemies and detonate after a second, which may help you win gunfights. You can grab the fusion rifle for 29 legendary shards.
Winter's Guile
Winter's Guile is an exotic warlock gauntlet. Its perk, Warlord’s Sigil, gives the player extra melee damage when they get melee kills. This makes it really helpful in PvP as you can deal massive damage to your opponents. The damage can stack up to five times but only lasts for a short time, which makes it tricky to use. You can buy this for 23 legendary shards.
The Bombardiers
The Bombardiers is an exotic hunter leg armor. Its Parting Gift perk leaves a bomb on the floor when the player uses a hunter ability. It’s a fun exotic to use in PvP and doesn’t take too much skill to use. The elemental roll is Arc and comes with a total of 46 total stats.
Mk. 44 Stand Asides
Mk. 44 Stand Asides is an exotic titan leg armor. Its exotic perk, Seriously, Watch Out, makes the melee attacker more difficult to handle. When you sprint with Seismic Strike, it grants you an overshield that absorbs damage, which can be very annoying to deal with in PvP. You also regain melee ability when you deal damage to your opponents. The item allows you to perform close-quarter attacks with less worry.
