Xur is back, Destiny fans!
This week, Xur can be found in the Hall of Guardians, near the Crucible quartermaster
Things are finally winding down for gamers around the globe, now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales have come to a close, but it wouldn’t be the weekend without a visit from every Destiny player’s favorite Agent of the Nine. Xur hasn’t exactly been inspiring Destiny players to take up the fight against the Darkness in recent weeks, thanks to lackluster collections of items we’ve see numerous times over the last two-plus years. We’re probably never going to get away from repeats entirely but hoping for at least one or two pieces of excitement-inducing equipment on a weekly basis doesn’t seem like too much to ask for.
Last week, fans largely chose to ignore the Agent of the Nine’s latest trip to the Tower, thanks largely to the fact that most of the people still playing Destiny at this point didn’t need another chance to acquire the Crest of Alpha Lupi or Voidfang Vestments. Year Three weapons tend to be a bit more popular, even if its just an updated Patience and Time, but it wouldn’t hurt Xur to bring something big (we’re looking at you, Year Three Gjallarhorn) to get the Destiny community hyped up again heading into the holiday season.
Here’s everything Xur is selling the Destiny community Dec. 2 - 4:
Peregrine Greaves
- Defense: 350
- Discipline: 52
- Strength: 49
Crest of Alpha Lupi
- Defense: 350
- Intellect: 111
Voidfang Vestments
- Defense: 350
- Discipline: 58
- Strength: 54
The 4th Horseman
- Attack: 350
- Magazine: 5
Legacy Engram - Helmet
As always, Xur has plenty of other goodies for Destiny players to spend their Strange Coins, too. In addition to the exotic wares, the Agent of the Nine is also selling a handful of other curios, including Three of Coins stacks. And Destiny players will also find the usual legendary Sparrows upgrades, with green and blue contrails available this week, along with Motes of Light, Heavy Ammo Synthesis and Glass Needles.
Xur is also selling weapon ornaments this weekend. Players have two options:
- Not A Toy - Changes the appearance of Zhalo Supercell
- Silver Bullet - Changes the appearance of Nemesis Star
Each is available for 25 Silver Dust. If you're not sure how to acquire the newest currency in Destiny, we'd suggest taking a few minutes to check out our guide.
