Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is celebrating its third anniversary with new content along with some special in-game promos. There are also some celebratory rewards that players can look forward to along with exclusive limited-time events. The campaign period starts February 1 and runs through March 1.
One of the things available for players to buy is an alternate costume for Balthier. This one, in particular, is based on appearance in Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. There’s also a bundle that has the “Golden Kactgun” skin, which can be equipped by any character, as long as they use guns. You can check the Golden Kactguns in action below:
Another item up for grabs is Balthier’s LD weapon known as “Sirius (XII).” With this weapon, Balthier gets the abilities known as the “Tides of Fate.” This one though is offered only until February 16.
Some of the anniversary-related activities for everyone to enjoy include:
- Anniversary Free Draw Campaign
- Throughout the campaign period, each player’s first multi-draw on select banners is free.
- Players can redeem their first free draw on a banner that features Ramza’s BT weapon and Balthier’s global-first LD weapon.
- Anniversary Login Bonus
- By simply logging in daily during the campaign, players can get, among others, 3rd Anniversary Draw Tickets, EX power tokens, and burst tokens.
- Free Daily Multi Draws
- Players can use their 3rd Anniversary Draw Tickets to get a free daily multi-draw that features EX weapons for all 141 characters released before the start of the 3rd Anniversary campaign.
- Anniversary Daily Hunt
- Players who fight against the Anniversary Gigantuar in the daily hunt and clear additional missions get to earn even more hunt tokens.
- These tokens can be exchanged for additional rewards.
- 3rd Anniversary Special Sales
- For a limited period, players can buy gem packs that offer a variety of bonus items, like realization materials.
- All purchases made during this month get a 10% Gem Back Campaign.
- This gives players 10% more gems to be distributed later in March.
So what else is happening this month? Players get to earn points as a community in the Final Fantasy Portal App. They then get different rewards like high clusters, bloom materials, and even guard and power tokens.
Other additional limited-time contents being offered are:
- Limited-time chocobo panel missions to earn extra rewards, including two new status badges to personalize player names.
- Half SP for World of Illusions: Summon Trials quests.
- Rewards and Kactuar appearance rates are doubled in Cycle Quests.
- During the World of Illusions: Carbuncle, players will have a chance of triple rewards if they encounter a Magic Pot.
