We’re just hours away from the open beta for Tom Clancy’s The Division, the highly-anticipated third-person shooter from Massive. And anyone wondering exactly when they’ll have access to the game should be pleased to hear start times for The Division open beta have been released by Ubisoft.
Xbox One owners will be pleased to know The Division open beta is already available on Microsoft’s latest console. The doors to the beta servers were flung open around 4:00 a.m. this morning, 24-hours before the PC and PlayStation 4 players will be given access to the game. There’s no word on exactly when the servers will be taken back offline; however, Ubisoft has said The Division’s open beta will end (on all platforms) on Feb. 21. So, if you were planning to do anything else this weekend, now would probably be a good time to start cancelling those plans.
Here’s when fans can expect Tom Clancy’s The Division to be available on their platform:
- Xbox One: Thursday, Feb. 18 –4:00 a.m. EST.
- PS4 and PC: Friday, Feb. 19 –4:00 a.m. EST.
Ubisoft also released a new trailer for The Division this week, to build hype for the game’s open beta, which we’ve embedded below. It doesn’t include new information about The Division, or this weekend’s testing, but should provide a suitable distraction for anyone waiting for Tom Clancy’s The Division to finish pre-loading on their preferred platform.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is being developed for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The game is currently scheduled to debut on March 8.
