Trump Dump became one of the most downloaded free games in the App Store last week. Still ranking at #3 in the Adventure Games category in the iTunes Store, the Flappy Bird styled mobile game is the latest way to poke fun at Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
The concept is simple: Navigate through Trump’s future US-Mexico border walls by tapping the screen. Trump Dump offers simple instructions: “Beat his wall.” Your bird will fly up the first time you tap, then fly down your second. After the initial first tap, your bird naturally drifts upward. Fit through the openings but don’t tap too much. Each level the amount of obstacles increases but when you get through safely you get to drop giant turds on top of Donald Trump’s head.
One iOS reviewer explains why Trump Dump is more than just another satirical mobile game. “ It is a beautiful and simple way to fight the racist and sexist politician in the privacy of your house and mind. Though it is a fictitious game it is symbolic of the constant need and pursuit for freedom, equality and peace in this beautiful country of ours.
