DOOM will be getting a new multiplayer beta, starting on April 15. If you’re bummed that you didn’t get into the last one, get excited. This new beta will be open to everyone.
This news comes from the official DOOM Twitter account. The beta will run from April 15-17 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Players will be able to check out two different game modes on two maps. The game modes offered are Team Deathmatch and Warpath, and the maps available are Heatwave and Infernal.
Players can pre-load the beta starting on April 12. This will allow for gamers to be able to jump right into the action when the servers are turned on.
id Software has also confirmed there will be three DLC packs coming to DOOM post-launch. These packs will include new weapons, maps, playable demons, equipment and more. Each pack will cost $14.99, or all three can be bought with the Season Pass for $39.99.
DOOM will be coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 13.
