Dragon Ball FighterZ Roster Confirms Goku Black, Beerus, Hit & Zamasu

After a recent leak of the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster, Japan’s Jump magazine has seemingly confirmed confirmed of Goku Black, Beerus and Hit will appear in the game.

According to Jump, translated by Siliconera , all three will be playable characters in the upcoming fighting game from Bandai Namco with Goku Black receiving an assist from Zamasu. Check out the Jump scans revealing the three new fighters in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Jump gives new information on the three new characters. Beerus has his meteor special, “God of Destruction’s Judgment,” a grab move that follows with a forehead flick and combo. The fighter’s “Sphere of Destruction” is a large energy orb that will explode when touched by the opponent.

Hit’s meteor special is “I will continue to grow,” which stops time and allows Hit to use a combo attack. This speedy fighter can perform teleportation attacks and use his teleporting abilities to move around the field easily.

Goku Black’s meteor special, “Work of God,” unleashes the villain’s blade attack, followed by a clone attack. The aforementioned Zamasu will also appear from time to time to bind the opponent. The scans also show Zamasu appearing alongside Goku Black to unleash a large energy attack.

In Dragon Ball FighterZ, certain characters can assist one another, depending on the relationship between them. As Zamasu is associated with Goku Black, other Dragon Ball FighterZ characters that has assists include Android 18 who has her brother 17 appear, Chiaotzu assists Tien while Captain Ginyu receives an assist from the Ginyu Force.

The addition of Goku Black, Hit and Beerus brings the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster to 23 and include the following characters:

Dragon Ball FighterZ will release Jan. 26 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
