In The Flash Season 2 finale, Jesse Chambers Wells was on her way back to Earth-2 with her father, Harrison Wells. After being hit with the speed force and put into coma just like Barry, there was certainly a strong possibility she could develop powers and take on her speedster alias, Jesse Quick. That didn’t happen by the end of Season 2. Wally West, hit by the speed force at the same time, didn’t show any new abilities either. But as you’ve probably heard, Wally will become Kid Flash in Season 3, and if recent rumors prove true, Jesse Quick will suit up as well.

A fan who claims to have got an autograph from Beane on set in Vancouver claims to have seen her in costume as Jesse Quick. Though the person (who goes by the online alias of Autograph Hound) didn’t snap a photo, he or she describes Jesse’s new costume as having “red pants like Grant [Gustin].”
Violett Beane revealed earlier this year she’d be back for Season 3, but didn't specify if she’d come back with or without powers.
“With the whole Flashpoint, anything can happen, right? It’s literally open to any different kind of false reality. She could be Earth-One Jesse, she could be a speedster…. Who knows!” Beane teased.
Jesse Quick wears a variety of costumes in the comics. Often taking her mother’s alias, Liberty Belle, she doesn't normally wear a suit with red pants similar to Barry Allen’s Flash. Liberty Belle is usually pictured in long yellow pants with a blue top.
Jesse Quick’s costumes feature yellow pants with a light blue top, and other styles have yellow bodysuit with a red top and either yellow or red high socks.
