Fortnite is celebrating its Birthday and the party starts today, July 25 and lasts until Wednesday, July 31. As part of the celebration, the Battle Royale map comes with supply drops, birthday cakes, and gift item players are able to toss to their squad. In addition, the Battle Bus now has a new music track and is thematically skinned just in time for the party. During the celebration period, players get the chance to earn a Pickaxe, Wrap, and more cosmetics.
The Birthday Event is already live in Fortnite Save the World! Players can complete Birthday Celebration Quests in order to earn Summer Tickets and even unlock the new Hero: Birthday Brigade Jonesy. The Year 2 Birthday Llamas are also available and filled with the “greatest hits” schematics from the past year of Fortnite.
Overtime Challenges
Overtime Challenges start July 23 and run until Season 9 ends. Completing these challenges allows players to earn new loading screens, in addition to XP. Players with Battle Pass additionally get to earn three outfit variants.
