We finally know when Geminose: Animal Popstars is arriving in Nintendo Switch, it's May 18. Well, digitally at least since the physical version is slated to be available on June 18. The game offers a combination of game genres that players, especially kids, are sure to love.
Geminose: Animal Popstars has players form a band and go on a journey to reach pop stardom. There are about 20 original songs to enjoy and to perform them, players need to master various instruments that include, among others, guitar, drum, trumpet, keyboard, and the saxophone. Players can go on a solo journey to the top or challenge a friend in the local two-player mode.
Now when it comes to becoming an international pop star, having talent is important. Just as important is the style, which helps any up-and-coming star to make a strong statement on the stage. Players can therefore expect hundreds of collectible items, such as glam hats, glasses, and face paints, which they can use to dress up band members.
There’s also the Geminose rockstar mansion where each animal has a personal room that players can customize with lots of décor items themed to each musician. Plus, players can arrange and interact with what’s in the room. They can buy new furniture, art, and other lifestyle pieces using coins they collect while playing the game.
