Last week in GTA Online, everyone was invited to take on heists. That continues this week with more extra rewards to sweeten the deal. The highlight is The Diamond Casino Heist and those who successfully complete the finale get 50% more GTA$ and RP. To keep things rolling, the setup costs for this heist are halved for the entire week.
By the way, successfully taking down The Diamond Casino Heist this week also gives you The Diamond Strike Vest.
New Community Series
For this week, there are six new combat-focused jobs chosen for the Community Series and give players 2X GTA$ and RP. To play them, just look for the icon in Legion Square. The jobs are:
- # Merryweather Docks (by Kossmo__)
- Use cover and take advantage of limited visibility to carefully make your way in a well-thought-out and atmospheric map.
- Runners vs. Snipers (by AtomixPax)
- This is a Last Team Standing Job where one team needs to maneuver their way across an elaborate obstacle course while distant Snipers take potshots.
- Runners able to survive the onslaught get rewarded with a fleet of high-powered jets that can wipe out the other team.
- Cabmaggedon (by Vill3m)
- This is a loving homage to both the Sumo and Last Team Standing formula.
- It pits a team of local Taxis against modern hybrid electric vehicles.
- Shunting the opponent down the hole in the arena’s center drops them into a giant blender.
- *UL* Blood Forest (by x-unlikely-x)
- Mood and vibe are integral parts of this eerie Team Deathmatch.
- *UL* Blood Forest can fit a maximum of 30 players in a run-and-gun style TDM built around a spooky treehouse.
- Cover is scant, so watching out for your teammates is key to success.
- Wet and Wild RVI (by WayneHii)
- A classic format given a novel twist that's set in a Last Team Standing arena.
- Instead of one team spawning on the platform and one on the ground, teams race each other to a central platform with the RPGs required to take out their opponents.
- - w.e.MUSKET ISLAND (by whateverremily)
- Reloading is more of a danger than ever on Musket Island.
- A missed shot either means certain death, or a panicked moment spent frantically loading the chamber of a 16th century firearm.
- This is a Deathmatch where first shots really count, so be sure to aim for the head.
