GTA Online Weekly Update: Short Trips are Paying Out Double GTA$

This week in GTA Online, Lamar is asking for help getting his legal marijuana business off the ground. The good news is that those who take the time to help get extra rewards with Short Trips handing out 2X GTA$. To start, players simply need to visit the Smoking Room of Record A Studios or select them from the Jobs menu.

In addition to the double GTA$, players who complete a Short Trip anytime this week get GTA$100K and the Black SA Fitted Cap.

The Remix

There are also other modes offering double rewards. Hunting Pack (Remix) is a mode where players get to drive a vehicle rigged to explode if its speed goes below a certain limit. Those who make it to the checkpoint and win get double rewards. In addition, those who win one round of Hunting Pack (Remix) unlock the Trade Price for the Declasse Scramjet from Warstock Cache & Carry.

Up in the Air

This week, pilots are invited to take it to the skies. Join the Air Races and enjoy triple rewards. Meanwhile, players wanting to brush up on their flying skills should be happy to know that Flight School Activities are paying out 2X GTA$ and RP.

Those looking for larger rewards can take on Smuggler Sell Missions. It’s paying out triple GTA$ and RP.

Lucky Wheel

If going to the air has you dizzy, go back to the ground and head over to The Diamond Casino & Resort. Spin the Lucky Wheel for a chance to walk away with GTA$, RP, clothing, accessories, snacks, and mystery prizes. The top prize this week is the German import beloved for its sleek silhouette, the Übermacht Zion Classic.

For this week, Record A Studios is offering players a 30% discount on all merchandise and clothing sold at the studio’s gift shop. To visit Record A Studios and access the exclusive collection, players need to finish Dr. Dre’s VIP Contract. Offered at a discount as well are Hangars and all their Upgrades at 40% off.
