'Hearthstone' Problem Basic and Standard Cards Get Nerfed, Big Game Hunter Gets Destroyed

It's finally time!
It's finally time! Blizzard

The time has finally come; with the format change right around the corner, Blizzard just released the Hearthstone cards from the basic set that are going to be changed . There are a lot of heavy nerfs, weakening some of the most powerful cards in the game. Druid got hit the hardest, losing their precious Force of Nature and Savage Roar combo. Overall, I like all of these changes. They remove some of the power from the OP cards, which should make room for other cards to shine.

Here’s a full list of the changes:

  • Ancient of Lore- “Choose One- Draw 2 cards or Restore 5 Health” becomes “Choose One: Draw 1 card or Restore 5 Health”
  • Force of Nature- 6 mana, Summon three 2/2 Treants with Charge that die at the end of the turn” to 5 mana, “Summon three 2/2 Treants”
  • Keeper of the Grove- From 2/4 to a 2/2
  • Ironbeak Owl- From two mana to three
  • Big Game Hunter- From three mana to five (!!!!) mana
  • Hunter’s Mark- From zero mana to one mana
  • Blade Flurry- From two mana to four mana, only affects minions now
  • Knife Juggler- From 3/2 to 2/2
  • Leper Gnome- From 2/1 to 1/1
  • Arcane Golem- From 4/2 to 4/4
  • Molten Giant- From 20 mana to 25 mana
  • Master of Disguise- “ Give a friendly minion Stealth” is now“Give a friendly minion Stealth until your next turn.”
