This game is a remaster of the first two games in the Tony Hawk franchise, and were originally released two decades ago.
In just one game package, players have the chance to experience all the levels, tricks and even pro skaters that were available in the first two games. This new version fully remasters Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 in 4K resolution. Not only that, there are also new features that let players customize both their created character's outfits and even their own skate parks. Players can even share these parks with friends.

In a statement, skateboarding legend Tony Hawk said that he is “thankful for the quality and care that Activision and Vicarious Visions have put into the remaster to revive the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series in the best way possible.” He went on to say that many fans have long wanted to bring the game back and this one manages to meet those expectations while inviting a new generation to try it out.
Meanwhile, Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick revealed that he met Tony Hawk back in 1997 and has since then worked together to build skateparks and even create broad awareness when it came to action sports. He added that Tony Hawk remains to be “one of the most dedicated, hardworking, inspiring athletes I have ever known and I am proud that we have been able to work together for a quarter of a century.”
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 is available for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The standard edition is offered at $39.99 with a digital deluxe version at $49.99. A collector’s edition is also available for $99.99 which has the digital deluxe content plus a limited-run Birdhouse skateboard deck.
