A new pack is now available in Jurassic World Evolution 2. The Camp Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack introduces two new dinosaurs, two variants for existing species, and eight stunning skins. For those who think the name of the new pack sounds familiar, that's because it's inspired by the animated series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.
The Camp Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack is priced at $9.99 and available on PC through Steam, Epic Games Store, and GeForce Now. It's also available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
New Dinosaurs
One of the new dinosaurs is the Scorpios Rex. This fearsome carnivore is one of the first hybrid creatures made by Dr. Henry Wu. The combination of blood-red eyes, jagged and uneven teeth, charcoal-black scales, and prominent spikes make this species truly impressive. The second is the Monolophosaurus and is named for the single crest on its skull. It's a medium-sized carnivore that hails from the mid-Jurassic period. The creature's unique crest allows it to intensify roars and help in communicating between Monolophosauruses.
New Variants
There are also two variants available with one being the Ouranosaurus. This peaceful herbivore likes to live in large herds. However, it's often advised not to have only one. That's because lone individuals have been reported to break out of their enclosures and thus panic guests. It has a broad snout and tall spines on its back that support a camel-like hump.
The second is the Kentrosaurus. Appearance-wise, it's covered in lethal-looking spikes. In reality, it's a docile herbivore that makes use of its beak to bite off plant material.
