There’s a new Jurassic World game, and this one is headed to the mobile platform. Jurassic World Primal Ops is a free-to-play action-adventure where you can collect, rescue, and even fight alongside dinosaurs. No exact date has been announced, but it’s launching on Google Play and the App Store.
In the game, dinosaurs are again roaming the earth like they did millions of years ago. Many people around the world have welcomed their return, and of course, there are also those who won’t pass on the chance to use them for their own agendas. The game puts players in the role of battle-trained dinosaur handlers to travel across North America and rescue dinosaurs from the likes of poachers, mercenaries, and laboratories.
The good news is that after saving the dinosaurs, players can call on them to fight by their side. With their unique abilities, the dinosaur companions can help overcome any challenge standing in the way and turn the tide in any mission. There are the trampling Triceratops, supply-dropping Pteranodons, and the mighty T-rex.

In a statement, Behaviour Interactive Senior Creative Director Jason Millena shared that they are proud of the game and believe that players will love it. It offers a new and unique gameplay experience set in the Jurassic World universe on mobile. Millena added that since the start of the Jurassic World franchise, they have been finding ways to evolve the relationship between humans and dinosaurs.
Meanwhile, Universal Games and Digital Platforms SVP of Production Jim Molinets revealed that the game let players immerse themselves in this franchise by giving them a way to deepen their connection to dinosaurs. He went on to say that the game reflects the signature storytelling and intense action of the brand, along with the diverse characters and compelling environments.
Jurassic World Primal Ops is coming to iOS and Android, free to download with in-app purchases. The game is inspired by the Jurassic World series, the latest of which is Jurassic World Dominion, coming to theaters this June 2022.
