Are you ready to have a more active lifestyle? Well, the wait is almost over as Knockout Home Fitness is launching on Nintendo Switch this September 28. This fitness game offers players truly high-intensity workouts with some of the moves clearly inspired by martial arts.
The game is already available in Japan though it’s titled FiNC HOME FiT.
To play Knockout Home Fitness , players need to put a Joy-Con in each hand to complete the workout program, specifically developed for the Switch. The program includes intense full-body workouts designed by experts to maximize calorie-burning.
The main features of the game include:
- Experience real full-body fitness.
- There are more than 60 courses available.
- Take part in intense calorie-burning exercises with moves based on boxing and martial arts like karate, kung-fu, and muay Thai.
- The courses were developed for all fitness levels.
- Daily workouts in about 15 minutes.
- Different programs can fit any lifestyle or schedule.
- The 3-Minute Fitness Mode offers selectable high-intensity workouts.
- The pre-programmed Personal Training Mode offers different selections of daily exercise routines.
- It includes stretches that can be finished in around 15 minutes.
- Track progress and stay focused on results.
- A “My Report” function gives stats on:
- Workout frequency
- Workout length
- Calories burned
- Logs completed
- Four personality-driven trainers.
- Four personal trainers are available with each one having a personality to fit the preferred coaching style of the player.
- The trainers are:

- Takumi
- Christie
- Satsuki
- The styles range from friendly to strict.
- The coaches can deliver customized daily routines that are aligned with individual goals and make sure that things are kept fresh with new activities every day.

The game also has the Stretch Mode to prepare players for a workout. Activities include:
- Shoulder Rotation
- Upper Arm Stretch
- Thigh Stretch
- Waist Rotation
- Back Stretch
A total of 25 songs are available to listen to while doing the exercises. Tracks include those from EDM, Techno, Rock, Hip Hop, and Jazz genres.
