League of Legends Patch 11.13 has recently been released, which means that a new cycle begins taking its place. Some of the things in Patch 11.14 have been disclosed already, so read on to find out what’s new.
There are no new champion changes revealed yet, but one of the headlined features is the introduction of a new event called the “Rise of the Sentinels.” Lore-wise, the event focuses on the battle between the Sentinels of Light and the Ruined King.
Aside from that, fans can expect new Sentinel skins for Olaf, Diana, Riven, and more. The Ruined Pantheon skin is also revealed, so if you are excited to get it, you will have the chance once the next update drops.
New Summoner Icons, as well as new emotes, will be available in PBE soon. Some of the icons include Sentinel Irelia, Sentinel Riven, Sentinels of Light Event Icon, Ruined Draven Icon, Ruined Shyvana Icon, and the Night Hunter Sentinel icon.
Ultimate Spellbook Updates
The new game mode, Ultimate Spellbook, is re-enabled and gets a new update in PBE. It introduces Lulu's R as an "Ulternate" Summoner, new unique icons, and tooltips for the Dragon UI. Reina Sweet, the lead game designer of modes on the League, tweeted the patch notes for Ultimate Spellbook in the test server.
Players can expect numerous bug fixes and balance changes as well. Keep in mind that Kayn's R is temporarily disabled until further notice because the developers still need to fix some issues.
Patch Highlights
Because it is still quite early in the patch cycle, all of the things that are going to be mentioned here are subject to change. Without further ado, here are what we know from Patch 11.14 so far:

- Clarity is no longer on the mode, Cleanse is now on the mode
- Ashe R no longer gets maximum stun duration no matter the range
