Microsoft’s EA Access for Xbox One gives subscribers early access to some of the most highly-anticipated games and Madden 17 is included.

According to Gameranx , Madden 17 is available the weekend before its Aug. 23 release for a limited time as long as you have an Xbox One Early Access subscription. The subscription goes for $5 a month or $30 a year but allows players to get the game days before an official release.

However, if you are expecting to have an endless amount of time playing Madden 17 early you will be disappointed. While the amount of time Madden 17 Early Access will be available to play is unknown, Gameranx does point out that last year’s Madden gave Xbox One owners about six-10 hours of gameplay.

Madden 17 is 24.84 GB on Xbox One and all of your Madden 17 stats and save progress from the early play window will carry through to the full game. If you’re an EA Access member you will also save 10 percent on the full game, bringing the price down to $54 instead of $60.

There’s also a contest for playing Madden 17 early. Simply by installing Madden 17 through EA Access between Aug 18 and 22 will sign you up for MUT Rewards and plays Draft Champions will automatically enter you into a contest to win Super Bowl 51 tickets.

Madden 17 will release Aug. 23 for both PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
