Mobile Legends: Bang Bang - Freya Now Deadlier in Beta Patch 1.7.66 Thanks to Big Changes

Beta Patch 1.7.66 is now available on the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang advanced server. This update brought some major changes to Freya’s kit, making her quite OP.

For one, her first skill now allows her to move through obstacles more easily. This is a huge change since walls and other obstacles can no longer hinder her from chasing dying heroes.

Her second skill has received a few noteworthy adjustments, First, the airborne duration is cut from 0.5 to just 0.4 seconds, letting her land more quickly after initiating the attack. Second, the skill’s base damage has increased significantly from 50-100 (+50% Extra Physical Attack) to 80-230 (+90% Extra Physical Attack). The same can also be said for its final damage, now at 121-276 (+108% Extra Physical Attack), up from 100-200 (+100% Extra Physical Attack). And finally, the shield provided by this skill is bolstered from 100-150 (+409 Extra Physical Attack) to 120-260 (+70% Extra Physical Attack).

While Freya has certainly become more powerful in Beta Patch 1.7.66, Badang is nerfed slightly in this update.

His first skill’s base damage has been reduced slightly from 160-260 to 140-240, while its explosion damage saw a 10-point decrease and is now at 110-185 (down from 120-195).

Badang’s ultimate has its power reduced as well. Its base damage is now at 70-130 and its explosion damage is down to 35-65.

According to the developers, Badang has been too dominant recently with the buffs made to knockback effects. These adjustments will make him slightly less powerful in the early to mid-game, though he’s still a powerhouse in the late game.
