Fans of the long-running Yakuza franchise are loving the multiple games released on PC. However, the PC ports aren’t without faults as several Yakuza games - Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 - are suffering from technical issues. While the developer released small patches for the three games, they are only applied to the Open Beta version.
Players will need to participate in Open Beta by following a couple of steps. The developer also recommends that only those players who are facing the issues should participate. If your game is working fine, then this shouldn’t bother you. Here are the steps to join Open Beta:
Open Beta
- In your Steam library, right-click the game and go to Properties.
- Navigate to the BETAS tab and enter the beta access code. Each game has a unique access code:
- ZQvs5UCX53Y7E2pJ for Yakuza 3 Remastered
- DJSARduGqbAQ28y3 for Yakuza 4 Remastered
- 4WSjMZ3UXEXQBrcn for Yakuza 5 Remastered
- From the drop-down menu, select “hotfix_beta”
- Your game will run on the beta version the next time it's launched.
