Pro Evolution Soccer recently made news when the developers announced soccer superstar David Beckham signed on to be the game’s ambassador. Continuing that momentum, Konami released a press release this week to announce the release date of the demo for PES 2018.
The first thing that players may enjoy is the PES 2018 demo will allow players to games online. Similar to the NBA Live 18 demo, where players have the ability to participate in different multiplayer modes, Konami is putting its improved co-op mode in the demo.
Besides the news of playing online, the PES 2018 demo will only feature two stadiums to play in but offer 12 teams to choose from for offline play as well. Check out the list of stadiums and teams for the PES 2018 demo below:

Konami used the online beta they opened last month as a way to test PES 2018’s online performance ahead of the demo’s release. The big reason for the beta was due to the improved 2v2 and 3v3 co-op modes that will be featured in the demo, albeit on a limited scale.
In addition to Beckham being involved in the PES 2018, one of the pre-order bonuses for the game features eight-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt as a playable character. Bolt's inclusion in the game also comes off the heels of Argentine soccer legend Diego Maradona named as another PES ambassador. With special announcements that seemingly do not stop, Konami continues to stay on par with EA Sports’ FIFA franchise.
PES 2018 will be available for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and the PC via Steam on Sept. 12.
