Sony just announced the titles that are part of the PlayStation Plus December 2024 Game Catalog, including Sonic Frontiers and Forspoken.
The newly announced games will all be available for players to access and play starting Dec. 17, 2024. One particularly noteworthy title is Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge, which joins the lineup on PlayStation Plus Premium as a PS VR2 experience.

Other games coming to the subscription service this month are Rabbids: Party of Legends, WRC Generations, F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and many others.
Sonic Frontiers is available for both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and lets players tackle the mysteries of an ancient civilization that was plagued by robotic creatures.
Sonic is searching for the missing Chaos emeralds until he suddenly becomes stranded on an island that is filled with unusual creatures.
You will have to battle legions of powerful foes as you try to explore a beautiful world filled with action, adventure, and mystery. Sonic Frontiers lets you experience the thrill of high-velocity, open-zone platforming gaming, according to the PlayStation Blog.
On the other hand, Forspoken is a PlayStation 5 exclusive action RPG that tells the story of Frey, a young New York resident who is suddenly transported to the stunning but dangerous world of Athia.
Frey must search for a way home and use her newfound magical abilities to survive through sprawling landscapes. You will encounter a variety of monstrous enemies, and you will have to defeat powerful matriarchs called Tantas.
More Than a Dozen Games
The latest announcement comes after three games were revealed to be coming to the subscription service. These were Sly 2: Band of Thieves, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, and Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, IGN said.
Rabbids: Party of Legends is also noteworthy among the recently revealed games as it brings its mayhem to PlayStation consoles by providing four-player local multiplayer. You will be thrust into a legendary adventure and encounter colorful characters.
Other games that are part of the latest announcement are Coffee Talk, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly, A Space for the Unbound, Biped, and PHOGS!, according to Insider Gaming.
The Coffee Talk games are titles that cater to players who prefer a cozier time as they take control of a Barista in a late-night coffee shop. You are given the chance to have friendly conversations with a lot of unique characters.
