One of the things that makes Pokémon Go great is the ability to hatch eggs to see what Pokémon is inside. Professor Willow has been doing his research, and with everyone's help, has found out that as seasons change, different Pokémon hatch from Eggs.
In addition to all this Egg hatching, Trainers are also getting a chance to experience the game in a whole new way with AR Mapping Tasks. Today we also take a look into this new feature.
AR Mapping Arrives To The Game
With these new features, there’s going to be some PokéStops that come with a special design. Trainers that spin these select PokéStops are going to receive an AR Mapping task.
This task involves Trainers completing an action either at the PokéStop where they received the task or at another PokéStop within a certain radius. To complete the task, Trainers simply need to go over to the AR scanning screen and exploring the area around them. This task counts as their daily Field Research task.
This new feature is already available for Trainers at level 20, with access having started on October 20.
In a post, Developer Niantic revealed that this option won’t be available to Niantic Kids initially, but parents are going to “have the option to toggle this feature on for Niantic Kids accounts.” Learn more about this new feature here.

As always, Pokémon Go is encouraging Trainers to get outside to hatch some eggs. However, it’s not going to be that easy as it appears Team Go Rocket is once again up to their old tricks. This time they’re messing with, and even stealing, Strange Eggs. Be sure to defeat Team Go Rocket and save those Eggs.
