While Pokémon Shuffle players are enjoying the Infernape event and the return of Arceus, the latest update for the popular Nintendo 3DS game has another Legendary Pokémon along with some new main stages.
The latest Pokémon Shuffle update features the first appearance of Zekrom, the Electric/Dragon type from Gen 5 and shufflers will have 14 days to capture this massive beast.
Zekrom in Pokémon Shuffle will be an Electric-type with 80 base power. It will have the ability Block Smash + and have a capture rate of 1 percent with a 2 percent per move increase. The game says to bring in Hippowdon and Excadrill to the fight but Mega Garchomp and Landorus will certainly speed up the damage output.
As for the new main stages, there is a lot to cover and the Pokémon Shuffle subreddit has a nifty table detailing the latest additions to the game. But the biggest addition is the inclusion of Rayquaza and Mega Rayquaza.
There has already been Rayquaza events in the past but it seems like those won’t be returning and instead will be added to the main stage roster. As for Mega Rayquaza, one of the strongest Pokémon will be finally available and will be a welcome addition to Shuffle.
Here’s the entire main stage additions in list form.
