The Nissan Z is a sports car that comes with a lot of culture and history. It’s going to be available next week in Rocket League courtesy of the Nissan Z Performance Bundle. It’s priced at 1,100 Credits, available on all platforms starting May 26 until June 7.
The Nissan Z Performance Bundle contains:
- Nissan Z Performance Car
- Nissan Z Performance Wheels
- Nissan Z Performance Engine Audio
- Nissan Z Performance Player Banner
- Nissan x FaZe Clan Decal
Before buying, it’s important to take into account that the Nissan Z Performance Car can’t be customized with certain item types. For example, when using the Nissan x FaZe Clan Decal, the car colors are going to be locked either in blue or red.
In a statement, Nissan US Vice-President and CMO Allyson Witherspoon shared that they are excited for players to experience what it means to be in the Nissan Z. She added that it's also a great moment that highlights the company's collaboration with FaZe Clan.
Nissan Events
The new bundle isn’t the only thing coming in Rocket League. Automaker Nissan is also sponsoring some events for players to enjoy. It starts with the Nissan Classic RLCS NA Regional, from May 27 to May 29, which features the best of what North America has to offer. Then, from June 3 to June 25, it’s going to be the CRL World Championship.
Even before that, fans can look forward to the Nissan Crew Battles on May 26. It’s going to be hosted by First Touch Podcast boys Roll Dizz and Dazerin, along with special co-host Johnnyboi. Teams of RLCS pros are set to play 3v3, 2v2, and 1v1 matches for their piece of the $25,000 prize pool. You can watch the action on Twitch here.
Voice Chat
Last week, an update was released to Rocket League which introduced voice chat support. By default, it is turned on for all players and comes with cross-platform support. Voice chat options are limited to Party Chat and Team Chat, and can't be used to chat with the opposing team.
Rocket League is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
