PC players will get their hands on Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered in less than a week. The developer has already revealed what kind of features and improvements you can expect from the port. However, if you are still on the fence about purchasing the game, then maybe these leaked screenshots might change your mind.
Leaked Screenshots
The above screenshots, as leaked by Nick, are quite interesting. The graphics options are the thing that caught my eye, and it looks like we will have tons to tweak to match our preference.
More screenshots actually surfaced on the web and you can check them out over here. There are also ultrawide screenshots available.
Graphics Options
Many PC players will be happy to know they can increase the field of view and turn off the bloom. I, for one, will instantly turn off all annoying options like motion blur, depth of field, film grain, vignette, and chromatic aberration. I might allow lens flair depending on its implementation.
As confirmed by the developer, the game also features ray tracing reflection. However, to enable RT, you need a capable PC. You can check out our previous article to know more about the official system requirements.
Spin-off Title for PC and Sequel in Development
This won’t be the last Spider-Man game PC players will enjoy. Insomniac has already confirmed that the spin-off title, Miles Morales is also in development for PC and will release later this year. So, there’s tons of Spiderman content to enjoy.
The same studio is also developing a full-fledged sequel. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will only be available on PS5 and is currently planned for 2023. A PC port hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Other Upcoming PC Games
Spider-Man games aren’t the only Sony titles coming to PC. Two more titles, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and The Last of Us Part 1, are also in development for the master race, and both are developed by Naughty Dog.
A while ago, screenshots of the PC port of Sackboy: A Big Adventure and Returnal were leaked. So, that’s two more games to look forward to.
