The Sims 4:City Living has four neighborhoods with unique living experiences and varying rent prices. When the new expansion pack releases Nov. 1, you’ll find there are already some families living in San Myshuno who have already claimed their spots in The Spice Market, Fashion District, Uptown and Arts Quarter.
The Sims team hosted a Twitch livestream showcasing festivals in City Living, but also touched on some of the premade families already residing in San Myshuno (around the 56 minute mark). While SimGuruRomeo didn’t hover over each family long enough to grab a picture, SimGuruGrant did describe each family with a few words. There are seven families total.
Rosaya
The Rosaya family is a two-person household in the Culpepper Apartments. It’s a young guy who lives with his mom and their lot has the ‘Chef’s Kitchen’ trait.
Benali
The second household is Benali. His Medina Studios Apartment ‘Needs TLC,’ but Grant says he’s super cool.
Jang
The Hakim House Apartments is where the Jangs live. The family of three has the ‘Home Studio’ lot trait and their apartment is colorful and vibrant.
Lobo
Alto Apartments is the residence of a middle-aged man named Lobo who has a romantic fireplace. He’s a “richie-rich snob” who works as a critic for a living and likes colorful blazers.
Feng
The high-rise Landgraab Apartments are where the Fengs live, a fancy-looking couple with a ‘Great View’ lot trait.
Karaoke Legends
The Karaoke Legends are a group of friends living together in the Zenview Apartments. You’ll probably see them hanging out around Planet Honey Pop. Stop by their ‘Party Place’ for a late night of dancing. You may feel a few rumbles if you stay too long because their also in the ‘Quake Zone.’
Pizazz
The 21 Chic Street Apartments are the home of Pizazz, a young woman who you may have seen in a few of the trailers. She’s a ‘Lively Neighbor’ who is at the top of the new social media career.
An empty residential lot, the Culpepper House (four units) and the Jasmine Suites Apartments (two units) are located in the cheapest neighborhood, the Spice Market. In the graffiti-decorated Arts Quarter, there’s an empty penthouse lot, the Hakim House Apartments (two units) and Medina Studios Apartments (three units). The Fashion District has the ZenView Apartments (two units), the 21 Chic Street Apartments (three units), and another penthouse lot. Uptown has the Alto Apartments (two units), the Landgraab Apartments (two units) and another empty apartment lot.
