EA just released the most comprehensive The Sims 4: City Living teaser yet. If this trailer is any indication, things to do in City Living may change as time goes on, just like in a real city. “Festivals, food stalls, and new opportunities pop up right outside your apartment, the clip reveals. You can also get to know the locals if you choose the brand new City Native aspiration.

In Uptown, City elite gather in a lot called ‘City Plaza,’ which appears to be a city in the sky. It’s a hot spot for sims joining the new political career. There’s even some modern looking auditorium chairs. There’s fancy street food like a cup cake truck, and a new gym lot called ‘Sky Gym.’ Compete in a slam dunk contest and swim on a huge rooftop pool at the ‘Stargazer Lounge.’

NPC’s are fashion forward in this part of time. Let those new singing skills shine during karaoke night at ‘Planet Honey Pop' in the fashion district. There’s a new art gallery in the Arts Quarter, the same neighborhood where you’ll see the most graffiti on the walls and ground. Sell art from your inventory on the street or play your violin or guitar on the street for some extra cash.

The Spice Market has the cheapest living options. This is where you’ll be headed if you're out to find your first apartment, but beware, the rent is cheap for a reason. If you have a bigger budget, buy a warehouse and convert it into something brand new.

Head over to Myshuno Meadows if your Sims yearn a day out of the city. Grab a few drinks from the bar in the garden, host a celebration in the park, or rally for your favorite cause in the grass as people walk by.

The Sims 4: City Living releases Nov. 1.
