Lancelot is the latest god in SMITE. The Round Table Update also brings some balancing changes to certain gods.
New God
Lancelot, the First Knight of the Round Table, uses a spear and shield. He can ride his trusty steed which not only increases his movement speed but provides him with a new set of abilities while mounted as well.
His passive ability, Camelot’s Quest, gives him a stack for every god he kills. He also gains a stack for every five minions he defeats. Lancelot can only get up to 60 stacks and these provide different bonuses whether he’s mounted or unmounted.
While mounted, each stack gives Lancelot a 0.2% increase in movement speed. If he’s unmounted, each stack grants him a basic attack damage reduction of 0.2%.
As mentioned earlier, Lancelot gains new abilities when he rides his horse. One of the most notable is Crashing Dive. When used, Lancelot surges upwards off his horse, rooting enemies in the process. Then, he dives back down shortly after, dealing damage to enemies in a large area.
You can read the rest of his abilities here.
