For this piece, we’re looking at Square Enix, another major developer/publisher who’s expected to bring an amazing, hype-worthy lineup of titles to E3 this year. What to expect from Square Enix’s E3 2019 presentation
Square Enix has some very exciting titles for its lineup this year, one which may shift the E3 race to its favor. Check out their upcoming titles to be presented down below.
Dying Light 2 was a notable last-minute announcement, when it was revealed that Techland, the game’s developer, found a publisher for the game in the Americas in Square Enix. Crystal Dynamics’ notably secretive project, Marvel’s Avengers, was last teased back in 2017, and it was only a few days ago when we finally got confirmation that the upcoming game will be part of Square Enix’s slate for this year. As for Outriders, well, we don’t know much about it, other than it’s a sci-fi title that was only teased in a series of tweets.
As for the curious case of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Square Enix, as of the time of this writing, still hasn’t officially announced the game for E3 2019. During the last State of Play, the game received a new gameplay trailer with a teaser that more will be revealed this June, which stands to reason that it’s part of Square Enix’s E3 2019 lineup. Again, not officially confirmed, though.
In other Final Fantasy news, Square Enix will also share more about the upcoming Shadowbringers expansion for Final Fantasy XIV.
