Captain Kathryn Janeway is officially making her debut in Star Trek Online. She's arriving in courtesy of the new anniversary season, Shadow's Advance. This new content offers a new featured episode along with a new space TFO and anniversary event. It's already available on PC with the version for consoles launching in March.
Captain Janeway is the captain of the USS Voyager and was the first Federation officer to successfully travel across the Delta Quadrant. She was introduced in the show Star Trek: Voyager, portrayed by Kate Mulgrew. In the game, Captains encounter the Prime and Mirror universe versions of Captain Janeway.

- In the new episode “Redshift,” players team up with Marshal Janeway and her Terran forces to capture an important individual from a secure facility.
- New Task Force Operation
- The season introduces a new five-captain space TFO titled “Iuppiter Iratus.”
- Players need to assemble a team of five and stop the Terran Empire from stealing data from Jupiter Station.
- Anniversary Event
- The Omega Molecule Stabilization mission is back.
- Players need to stabilize Omega molecules scattered by Q across the galaxy.
- The grand prize is the T6 Jarok Alliance Carrier.
- Featured Star Trek Actors
- Kate Mulgrew makes her presence felt in the game.
- Players also team up with Captain Killy (Mary Wiseman from Star Trek: Discovery) and Admiral Leeta (Chase Masterson from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine).
