Among all the crazy Marvel Studios news going around lately, none bigger than that whole Fantastic Four returning to Marvel from Fox in exchange for X-Men TV rights fiasco, some new rumors have surfaced regarding Marvel’s latest attempt at starting a potential franchise.

In a new report by Latino Review, the yet-to-be-revealed role from Rachel McAdams has been... revealed.
“According to one of my sources, it turns out that Rachel McAdams won't be Clea, a love interest for Stephen Strange in the comics. Instead, she'll be playing Christine Palmer, one of the night shift nurses from Marvel's ‘Night Nurse.’”
If Night Nurse rings a bell, you may remember the story of Rosario Dawson’s character in Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil series and how she was originally supposed to be Night Nurse.
But Daredevil season 1 showrunner, Steven DeKnight dropped some insight on the behind the scenes politics between Marvel Studios and Marvel Television and how Rosario Dawson’s Night Nurse character was changed...slightly.
“We would have creative disagreements that we would sit down and talk about and explain like any other show,” DeKnight said. “But really the only time that we got a ‘no’ is originally, Rosario Dawson's character had a different name. She was going to be the actual Night Nurse from the comics, and the feature side had plans for her down the road. So that's the only time that I actually ran afoul of… we couldn't do something. And we just used another name, so it's the same character.”
It was originally thought that Rachel McAdams would be playing Clea, a known love interest for Strange in the comics but having another Night Nurse in the MCU would be interesting when they both McAdams and Dawson work together, right?
