The full roster for One Piece: Burning Blood has been revealed. The March 21 issue of V Jump shows all 42 characters, with some never before seen in a One Piece game. If you buy the strategy guide book, written by the V Jump staff, you will get a swim suit outfit for Koala. I have no idea if that’s some furry thing, but I am much too afraid to Google it. A live action trailer was released for the game that has Luffy battling it out in Japan fighting some pretty smug looking pirates.
One Piece: Burning Blood is a brawler that lets you take control of your favorite One Piece characters, bludgeoning each other with unique abilities and support-character combos. I don’t know if eating magical fruit turns your blood boiling, or one of the bajillion characters superpowers.
One Piece is currently the longest running manga and has a supporting cast of characters in the hundreds. I watched the show when it was on Toonami over a decade ago, and I can’t say I recognize most of these names.
One Piece: Burning Blood comes out in Japan on April 21, North America on May 31, and Europe on June 3, 2016. It will be available on every major console, including the PlayStation Vita.
