It’s been a few months since we last checked in with The Technomancer , the upcoming sci-fi RPG from Spiders, but a new trailer from the game’s developer offers early introductions to the various party members players will interact with when The Technomance r debuts this summer.
The last time we saw The Technomancer , Spiders was celebrating the debut of the first trailer for its upcoming action-RPG, featuring just a handful of the people and places we’ll encounter in The Technomancer . A handful of trailers have been released over the last few months, offering hints at the plot and gameplay of Spiders’ next RPG. But the game’s latest trailer, a new three-minute clip that focuses on The Technomancer ’s companions and party system, might be the most compelling argument we’ve seen for the studio’s next project.
According to the new trailer, the various characters who join your party in The Technomancer won’t be blindly loyal to the player. In fact, depending on the decisions you make, some might even abandon you and your group. Of course, like any RPG that focuses on interpersonal relationships, there will also be romantic interests and plenty of debates between characters to hash out their exact feelings on a given subject or situation.

The Technomancer is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game is scheduled to debut on June 28.
